Reebok - 
Reebok is an English footwear and apparel company, subsidiary of German sportsmant Adidas since 2005. Reebok produces and distributes fitness, running and crossfire sportswear including both clothing and footwear. 

Target audience: Their target audience is both genders that are interested in sports activities or performance wear. These range from about 20-35 in age which is a very limited age range. 

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats):
Strengths:
- Reebok is amongst the largest seller of footwear and apparel in the world
- Products are in both the premium range and the mid-range
- Has been endorsed bt many sports stars and movie celebs globally
- The top firm in the shoe industry 
- Good decision making, for example Reebok let Avia stand alone and it helps the company generate more market share from the shoe industry 

Weaknesses: 
- Reeboks current position in the apparel industry is not strong 
- Put the company operation oversea may get company potential risks
- The company's non-Reebok brand footwear may be a potential competitor for itself 

Opportunities:
- The market is big and the increasing demand is expected 
- Fads are unknown 
- Newer technology development or innovations can help company to get more profit and market share on its future products 

Threats:
- The industry is controlled by fads and the fads are not predictable 
- Product must be unique and competitive distinction 
- Rapid changes in technology and consumer preferences 
- Reebok facing strong competitors in the casual market and competitors products are trendy, fashionable and fleshy
